3. Personal data
We keep as little data as we can: first name, year and section, e-mail address (the parent’s, and a student’s aged 16 or over if they wish), what is said and drawn during sessions, and the families’ payments (never the card number). It is hosted in the European Union and processed under Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004. The details, how long we keep it and your rights: the privacy policy (/confidentialite).
4. Students under 18
A student under 18 uses Sabboura only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian, given from the parent’s account. A student under 16 has no e-mail address of their own: the parent’s account is enough.
5. Intellectual property
The lessons, texts and drawings of the site belong to InnoviaBurst; they may not be reproduced without its permission.
